I was born in June 12th, 1990 on a beautiful Estonian island called Saaremaa. A year later we moved to Tartu (the second biggest city in Estonia). I went to school in spring 1997 and also got in to the children's music school (wanted to sing). I studied violin for 9 years and graduated from both schools in the summer of 2006. In spring I entered high school (advanced English class) and took singing lessons for a year. As my vocal teacher kept on urging me to go to the higher Tartu music school, I finally agreed and tried to get in. Having been accepted, I had both high schools on my shoulders from then on (also was a member of Estonian folk ensemble). I finished my high school in the summer of 2009 and am still attending music school for a year, where I study conducting. Why conducting? Just because my vocal teacher invited a conducting teacher to see me, back in 2006 and advised me to study conducting as it is and has been a promising career in Estonia. It also gives a more wide education in the music field.
In the summer of 2007 I got a small part in a musical play, where I played violin and sung (had a role as the warming sun that takes away the cold and brings back the summer). The play was based on an Indian folk story and was called "Bringing Back the Summer". It was very successful and we had extra play in spring 2007. After that, I became the new member of the ensemble that had arranged the play. It was Estonian folk ensemble and I got the chance to learn a new way of fiddling and singing as well as getting more experienced in performing. We got pretty successful and in the summer of 2009 we performed at the well known Estonian (International) folk festival. If to be specific then not on the huge stage but on the small one, that was the stage for free concerts. The feeling we got and the response was amazing.
Extra in Estonian cinema commercial.

I learned a lot while performing with the ensemble. As we got more and more known through performances, we learned a lot about becoming known, still remaining ourselves and about maintaining our good reputation. Regarding to all of those experiences we had, I fell in love with performing and folk music and miss this experience ever since.
I had some incredible acting experiences at school. There were many occasions where people (teachers, students) were amazed by my acting ability. One of which was very surprising for me as well as for my fellow students was when we got a task in the literature lesson to play a scene from a selected part of the well known Estonian book series. I acted it out with my desk mate and the response we got was amazing. I was told to have amazed the whole class and made it even difficult to believe that this was really me playing this part.
